Hi! I’ve been writing Lifehacker’s esteemed Tech 911 advice column for three years and running, with a new installment arriving every Friday at 9 a.m. ET (save for the occasional vacation day). I’d like to keep up that pace—but to get us through this summer, I need more of your tech questions. Anything you’ve got, throw it my way.

I definitely don’t want you to call in more expensive help if there’s a simple solution you didn’t know.
